Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using The Lunchbox Lady website and catering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Our Services

The Lunchbox Lady provides gourmet corporate catering services in the Baltimore and Washington D.C. metropolitan areas. We offer online ordering, custom menu curation, and delivery services for businesses and individuals.

Ordering & Payment

• Minimum orders: Corporate catering requires a minimum of 10 guests. Individual orders may have different minimums.
• Lead time: We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for standard orders. Rush orders may be accommodated based on availability.
• Payment: Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of order or upon invoicing for corporate accounts.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices at the time of order placement will be honored.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery will receive a full refund.
• Orders cancelled within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee, as ingredients may have already been sourced and preparation begun.
• If we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
• Quality concerns should be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Delivery

• We deliver to the greater Baltimore and Washington D.C. metropolitan areas.
• Delivery fees are calculated based on distance from our kitchen and will be displayed at checkout.
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses or inaccessible locations.

Dietary Accommodations

We offer gluten-free, vegan, and nut-free options. While we take every precaution in our kitchen with dedicated preparation surfaces and sterilized equipment, our kitchen does handle allergens. Customers with severe allergies should contact us directly to discuss their needs.

Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, recipes, and design — is the property of The Lunchbox Lady and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

The Lunchbox Lady is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
